Taco Meat This recipe is based on Sue Gregg’s Taco Chip Ole. We have added this recipe to our normal rotation. The meat heats up well for use later in the week. We use this meat for both nachos and tacos. Ingredients: 1 lb. ground turkey1/4 cup diced onions1 can diced tomatoes2 Tbsp. taco seasoning 1) Brown turkey. When we first went gluten free, I wanted to create some cookie recipes that didn’t require a lot of ingredients and were easy to make. Mixing up a bunch of flours to create the perfect flour blend was rather overwhelming. I wanted to be able to quickly put together cookies like before we were gluten free.
