Growing up, my mom would make us this delicious meal. She never had a recipe, so I had to go hunting for something that was similar to her recipe. With a little tweaking, I turned that recipe into a yummy gluten free treat. I have to admit that I’m particularly proud of this recipe because it’s the first gluten free recipe that I’ve created from scratch myself. It turned out well and you can’t tell that the cookies are gluten free. Yum!
