It’s been an interesting week to say the least. We had a furnace outage, a major scare with a little boy that we know, sickness, and sleepless nights. Yet, there is much for which to be grateful. I praise the Lord for stepping in and saving our young friends life. Miracles do happen. I was touched by all of the people praying for this little guy and his family. Thank you! Now that Munchkin is older and is helping more with cleaning, I have decided that it’s really time to start looking for less toxic methods of cleaning. Not to mention, the horrible fumes that come from many cleaning products make me feel awful. Munchkin also really wants to start doing things to help the environment, so we are starting to “go green” to some extent. Today, we’ll be going through the house and cleaning out the toxic cleaning products and replacing them with non-toxic cleaning products. Prayer Request — Updated!!

For all of those that pray, I’m asking you to pray for a little boy right now. He drank a lot of anti-freeze which is deadly. He was taken to the ER, but they couldn’t treat him there. He was quickly taken to another location to be treated. They are currently waiting for bloodwork to find out where they will go from there. It’s a horrible waiting game for the family right now. It’s pretty bad when you get really excited about fixing something yourself. lol! Today, the house was quite chilly, but I didn’t think much of it as it was cold outside. I just plugged in the portable heater in the room that we were in. Fast forward to bedtime… Munchkin heads to her room and it’s freezing. She complains that the vent is blowing out cold air. Ugh!
