Ingredients: 2 C gluten free rice flour mix 1 tsp xanthan gum1 C sugar2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt (mix together dry ingredients and set aside) 1 tsp vanilla extract1 Tbsp shortening, melted (or oil)3/4 C milk2 eggs (combine thoroughly) Directions: 1. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients.2. Lightly spray donut trays with non-stick spray.3. Pour mixture into pans so they are about 3/4 filled4.
