Whew!! What a day! It was one of those days that was filled with ups and downs. Munchkin is still sick, so that explains a lot of it. We started back up with school again today after our little delay last week due to her being really sick. Overall, that went well minus a few “glitches” from not feeling well. Munchkin has been really interested in learning more about formal tea parties, so we looked around for a tea set at some thrift stores. We didn’t have any luck. We enjoyed a surprise “longer” weekend with D this past weekend. He was able to spend all day Friday and Saturday with us. He headed back on Sunday afternoon. Since it had been about a month since he had been home, this was very precious time for us. We put aside all work and just enjoyed family time. Munchkin is continuing to do well with school. We’re really enjoying the new Little House unit study that we’re doing. Unfortunately, Munchkin woke up sick this morning. Yes, my laptop died, again. So, I will be scarce around here for awhile. They said it would probably be 2 weeks before I get it back. **sigh** I had a lot of different lesson plans on there, so I’m starting from scratch with that as well. Good news, bad news… I had backed it up recently, but I wasn’t able to back up all the pictures that I had just downloaded before it crashed! Ugh! Hopefully, all will be well. In the mean time, I will be spending even more time with Munchkin. We have lots of fun things…
