Last night, a friend, wife, mother, and daughter left this world behind. She said goodbye to pain and suffering. She is finally able to rest peacefully after a 7-year battle with cancer. It is with a grieving heart that we say goodbye, but we are glad that your suffering has ended. We have rain steadily falling and the water behind our house is slowly rising. We’ve never seen it so high, so we’ve been watching it. Munchkin thought Daddy might like to see some pictures. This is the view we now have from the backyard. Usually, the water is much lower. In fact, during low tide, it is often just mud. On a normal day, when we look down like this, there is a pathway leading down to the water. In addition, there is some very tall grass at the water’s edge. Due to a few comments and emails that I received about yesterday’s BFS post, I do feel the need to clarify a few things. 1) Although I have clutter, I am very organized. Clutter doesn’t necessarily mean that one is not organized. I’m constantly changing how things are organized so they work efficiently for us. 2) I am also constantly going through things and purging stuff.
