I voted via absentee ballot. D just got his voter id card yesterday, so he’ll be voting in person at some point today when he gets done with work. Right now, Munchkin plans on going with him. It’s a rainy day here, but people are turning out to vote in large numbers.
Assignment: We only have today. Should God take you today, have you accomplished everything that you wanted to, needed to. Have you said all the things that needed to be said? Let’s have no regrets, let’s make sure we get to those things, so that when we’re standing before the Lord, the only thing we need to do is to worship him.. and not regret not getting to that thing on our to do list. Stop – go take care of that thing…. then, come tell us what you choose to share. Don’t embarrass yourself or any of your loved…

This week, we’ll spend some time camping at the beach. Daddy has to go through his post-deployment this and that, so we decided to go with him in order to spend time with him. While Daddy is at work, we’ll be having fun working on various ocean related lapbooks, walking the beach, and anything else we can think of at the time. We won’t have a vehicle, so we’ll need to stay fairly close to our camp. Since I don’t believe we’ll have access to the internet while we’re gone, I have scheduled posts of pictures of the various planned…

We have a busy week ahead of us. We’re starting to work on preparations for D’s return home. It’s nice to finally be at the point where we can start a countdown and work on little surprises! I’m working on getting the house in order. Munchkin has some projects of her own that she’s working on to surprise Daddy. We tried to get Munchkin’s eyes checked today at the eye doctor, but they couldn’t verify our military insurance as it was a federal holiday. The plan is to head back out on Tuesday to try to get that taken care…
