Fitness Friday: 21 Day Fix Week 4

Week 4 is in the books. Slowly but surely I’m starting to do less and less modification with the exercises. Cardio days are still my hardest days as my asthma slows me down. It will be interesting to see if I can overcome this or if it will just be one of those things that I need to accept.
