We were given the opportunity to try a couple of Amy’s Kitchen products. Once again, D was the one to do the testing, since he was able to grab the meals and take them to work.
Cheese Enchilada: Very nice overall flavor. The corn tortilla had a good texture. The only down side for me was the portion was a little small, and I would have liked more cheese. I would definitely eat again.
Santa Fe Enchilada Bowl: Good flavor and texture. Once again, I was wishing there was more cheese. This was more filling than the cheese enchilada. I would definitely eat again.
We’ve been impressed with Amy’s products. Our main complaint is not enough cheese, but we this is true of most meals we purchase. We just like more cheese on our dishes. The entrees are smaller portions, so they will not be large enough for a hearty eater. They were a good size for myself and Munchkin, but D was left hungry. Once again, this is not unique to Amy’s Kitchen meals. We appreciate the fact that Amy’s Kitchen has created so many products that are gluten free.
We received coupons for free Amy’s Kitchen products for the purpose of this review. No other compensation was received. All opinions are our own.
