Gluten Free Fried Cheese Sticks
Ingredients:
- Spring Roll Wrappers (make sure they are gluten free)
- Sticks of Cheese (I used mozzarella)
- Seasoning (if desired)
Directions:
- Heat up oil to around 360 degrees (I use a deep fryer with palm shortening)
- Soak spring roll wrappers in water to soften.
- Cut cheese in sticks if not already cut.
- Place spring roll wrapper on plate and sprinkle with seasoning (if desired, I use oregano & garlic powder).
- Place cheese stick on edge of spring roll wrapper. Slowly roll the up the wrapper around the cheese. Fold in the ends of the wrapper as you roll (think burrito). Be careful not to tear the wrapper as the cheese will ooze out while cooking.
- Carefully place the cheese roll in the basket of the fryer or directly in the oil. Cook for approximately 4 minutes until the wrapper is crisp.
- Serve with marinara sauce.

Heather, these sound absolutely delicious, and I am currently undergoing tests for coeliac disease, so I shall probably be looking for more gluten free recipes.
Have a wonderful and blessed Easter,
Love, Jillian ♥

I hope you get your answers. It’s the not knowing that is the most difficult. At least, that was the case for us.
I came up with this one when Munchkin decided that she really wanted cheese sticks this week. Both she and D happily gobbled them up!
