More Back Surgery

This picture was taken at the end of a nice horseback ride a couple of weeks ago. Our ride was covered in a great deal of prayer as Daddy didn’t want to disappoint a very excited young lady who loves horses. His back pain had kept him from doing much walking just the previous few days, so he was concerned. The Lord answered prayers by allowing him to join us on this ride. Just Horsin’ Around

Munchkin found this horse at the ranch to be rather amusing. He didn’t want his picture taken – at least – not by her. Nope, this guy kept trying to grab her camera every time she got close to him or raised it up to her eye to snap a shot. It was so funny. What he really wanted was lots of attention which she gladly gave to him.

Last weekend was a fun long weekend for us which is why I missed a few days of posting. Grandma and Grandpa came to Arizona for business, so we headed over to spend some time with them. Grandpa decided that it would be fun for us all to go horseback riding while they were here. Due to the fact that it’s still rather warm here, we had to get up early in the morning, but we all agreed that it was worth it. An Interesting Horseback Ride

Project 365 – #214 Grandpa decided that he wanted to take us all horseback riding. Munchkin has really, really wanted to go riding for some time, but it just never seemed to work out for various reasons. Well, this trip, she got the opportunity to go riding while we were up visiting the Grand Canyon. To say she was excited would be a major understatement.
