I have to admit that I’m particularly proud of this recipe because it’s the first gluten free recipe that I’ve created from scratch myself. It turned out well and you can’t tell that the cookies are gluten free. Yum! Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 C White Rice Flour3/4 C Tapioca Flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum4 eggs1 1/4 C white sugar2/3 C mayonnaise1 C milk2 tsp vanilla extract Directions: 1. Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns (Gluten-Free) Ingredients: 3/4 C Rice Flour1/4 C Potato Starch1/2 C Tapioca Starch2 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar2 Eggs1/3 C Oil1/2 C milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.2. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with pam.
