Does an electric over differ from a gas oven? Temperature wise? Since it says to bake at 400 degrees should it be baked at 375 degrees instead?
It doesn’t matter if you have a gas or electric oven. It’s the same temperature. The only time you might need a different temp or baking time is if you’re at a different altitude.
