All chip varieties are gluten free, cholesterol free, have no trans fats and do not use genetically modified ingredients (GMOs). Kitchen Table Bakers offers a full line of crisps that are made entirely of Parmesan cheese.  These wheat, gluten, sugar, and trans fat free crisps are rich in calcium and protein but low in carbs. I really like Parmesan cheese, so these crisps are perfect for me.  I was able to try out the aged Parmesan mini crisps as well as the sesame Parmesan crisps. The aged Parmesan mini crisps won the gold sofi (specialty outstanding food innovation) award in 2009.  I can see why as they are delicious.  The sharp aged Parmesan flavor works well in this mini crisp. …

Deerfields Gluten Free Bakery is located in Illinois, but thankfully, for those of us that don’t live in the Illinois area, their products are available online.  (They are also available in select stores in other states.)  They will ship their gluten free baked goods right to your front door.  All items are baked in a gluten free oven, and no gluten flours are store on premises.
