I started out with 2 buckets of strawberries and ended up with this nice, large bowl of strawberries. Some have been frozen for use later. Some have been eaten. Some were turned into 2 yummy strawberry pies! The key to this strawberry pie recipe is patience before eating as it really does need to set for a few hours at least (overnight is even better). Now these aren’t truly popovers, but it’s what we’ve always called them. This is something that I came up with when my husband and I were first married, and they were a hit. Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts (once again, you can use your favorite cut)2 pats of butterItalian seasoningSaltPepper Directions: 1. I was requested to post the recipe for the popcorn chicken that I listed on my menu for Menu Plan Monday. So here it is (this is for 2-3 people): 2-3 Raw, Chopped Chicken Breasts (can use other cuts if you prefer) 1/2 C bread crumbs (for gluten free – use crushed gf tortilla chips) 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1/4 C grated Parmesan cheese Put ingredients in Ziploc baggy and toss until coated. Yes, I am quite late in posting this. For that I am truly sorry. It was a busy day, but I do have a couple of fun recipes that I found at Family Fun.
