Here is an easy, but delicious recipe for Valentine’s Day (or any day). I jazz it up a little for Valentine’s by adding strawberries in a heart shape. Click on image to see more great recipes for Favorite Ingredients Friday: Valentine’s Day Chocolate Edition.

P.s. My calendar is called “The Herb Calendar” by Sherri Buck Baldwin. Her watercolor pictures are amazing!

Thanks for stopping by. I love cheesecake, but hate the long prep time (and baking time) for some. This is a great way to have cheesecake whenever.

Kelli, thanks for letting me know on the calendar. I’ll see if I can find one around here.

This looks like a great recipe! I’ll have to try it.

BTW, my hubby was looking over my shoulder while I was reading your blog and saw your hubby’s reading list. My hubby was in the Marines and was in Vietnam in 1967. He wanted to know about the book you have listed “Boys of ’67”. Who wrote this?

Thank you and have a great weekend!
