One Sunday evening, I needed to come up with a quick, easy meal for us. Since we were low on groceries, I looked around to see what was available, and this is what I came up with for dinner. All you need is one 13 oz can of chicken breast, one 8 oz package of cream cheese, one cup of shredded pepper jack cheese (or other cheese of your choice), and one cup of sour cream.
