This is my semi-homemade version of gluten free cinnamon raisin biscuits. Sometimes it’s nice to be able to use a mix when making gluten free baked goods. Cinnamon rolls (from a can) were a regular part of our weekend breakfast menu before we switched to a gluten free diet, and Munchkin has dearly missed those cinnamon rolls.
