My recipe for a semi-homemade version of gluten free buttermilk drop biscuits. This is my easy go-to biscuit base when I don’t feel like mixing up various flours. Ingredients: 2 Cups Pamela’s Baking Mix 1 Stick of butter 2/3 Cup buttermilk Directions: Cut butter into baking mix until thoroughly combine; pea sized pieces of butter Add buttermilk and mix until thoroughly combine.
