Once again, Munchkin participated in the Junior Ranger program. We were a little rushed during our time at the Yorktown Battlefield as they closed too soon after our arrival from Jamestown. We attended a very interesting guided tour as part of the program. Unfortunately, this tour was going to run until after the park closed. We left a little early and asked ranger if she’d be willing to sign off on Munchkin’s work even though she still hadn’t completed all of the activities. Here are some pictures from our trip to Historic Jamestown. Munchkin really enjoyed working on the Junior Ranger program. I like this program because it helps us focus on the main highlights at the National Parks. We’re trying to figure out a good way to display the patches that Munchkin has earned through this program.
