It’s hard to believe in a few days we’ll be saying goodbye to this place we have called home for 2 years. Most of the time, it was just Munchkin and I, but we have enjoyed this place. Yesterday, I was able to finish up with all of the painting which meant a more relaxing day today. The thunderstorms that rolled through last night cooled things off a bit, so the weather was absolutely wonderful for Munchkin’s baseball game. As we approach the last game of the season (next Saturday), we can see how much the kids have grown in their baseball knowledge and skills. Munchkin has gained a new found love of the game. Over the weekend, we went and visited family in North Carolina. Munchkin enjoyed playing with her cousins and her Grandma for a few days. We know that once we move these times will be far less frequent. We’ve been taking advantage of these opportunities as much as possible. Strawberry Picking

We love that time of year where the strawberries are ready for picking. Yummy!! Since the critters around our house keep eating all of the strawberries that we planted this year, we headed over to the strawberry field. Daddy and Munchkin searching for the best spot to start picking berries. Daddy does not enjoy picking berries, but he decided that he would join us anyway.
