I was recently made aware of a promotion from Mrs. Smith and Edwards dessert that helps military families. Simply purchasing a sweet treat to your family or giving one to someone else will benefit a needy child or help a military family. When I was told about the promotion, I was happy to share it with my readers even though they’re not gluten free. **grin** Through December, for every Edwards® whole pie purchased, the makers of Edwards® desserts will donate $1, up to $50,000, to the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation, which collects new toys from communities around the country…

Kernel Season’s Celebrates and Honors Military, Community and Personal Heroes During National Popcorn Month During the month of October – National Popcorn Month – Kernel Season will donate a case of popcorn seasoning to troops for every person who posts a photo on the Kernel Season Facebook wall.
