It’s hard to believe in a few days we’ll be saying goodbye to this place we have called home for 2 years. Most of the time, it was just Munchkin and I, but we have enjoyed this place. We’re not sure why the Lord chose to lead us here for such a short time, but we know that we’ve been blessed by the people we’ve met and the places we’ve gone while here.
I’m finishing up with the final things that are here and there in the house. We’re finishing up various items that need to be handled before we leave. We had hoped that we would be leaving a sold house behind, but that was not to be. We keep reminding ourselves that it will happen in the Lord’s time not ours.
Munchkin is enjoying these final days playing with her friends and in her backyard. We’re still trying to figure out the whole living in a travel trailer thing.
I’m taking time out to listen to the Ultimate Homeschool Expo sessions online this week. It’s good to be refreshed by some great speakers. If you haven’t had the chance to check out this conference, you can head on over and listen live for free!! I highly recommend a ticket though as there are a lot of great goodies at the member site.
Munchkin is enjoying just having more play time outside. D continues to work on his assignments for his online class. This week has been much more relaxing compared to the previous few weeks. We needed this down time to prepare for the long drive ahead.
