Gluten Free Pan Fried Chicken Ingredients: 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 C sweet rice flour 1/4 C brown rice flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Directions: Combine flours, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Place on plate or bowl. One by one coat the chicken breasts with flour mixture.  Set aside on plate. In pan, heat 1- 1 2/2 inches of oil until it sizzles when sprinkled with water. Ever since I found the audio Bible online, I have been listening to scripture while I do my housework or other tasks that do not require me to think.  I can listen to the scripture passage and still get things done.  I was struggling when I was trying to do everything plus read the longer scripture passages for the Bible in 90 Days challenge.  Now, that I don’t feel the least bit stressed about it, I’m enjoying the challenge again. Veggie Platter with Homemade Ranch Dip Ranch Dry Mix Ingredients: 3 Tbsp dried minced onions 3 Tbsp dried minced parsley 1 tsp dried minced chives 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp dried dill 1/2 tsp ground black pepper Mix together ingredients and store in airtight container. Homemade Ranch Dip or Dressing For Dip: mix together 1/2 C sour cream and 2 tsp dry ranch mix from above.
