Veggie PlatterVeggie Platter with Homemade Ranch Dip

Ranch Dry Mix

Ingredients:

  • 3 Tbsp dried minced onions
  • 3 Tbsp dried minced parsley
  • 1 tsp dried minced chives
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

Mix together ingredients and store in airtight container.

Homemade Ranch Dip or Dressing

  • For Dip: mix together 1/2 C sour cream and 2 tsp dry ranch mix from above.
  • For Dressing: mix together 1/2 C sour cream, 2 tsp dry ranch mix from above, and buttermilk to thin to desired thickness.

Serve with your favorite cut up veggies for a refreshing snack or light meal.

      This is one of our favorite things to do when veggies are in season, and it’s warm outside. We just picked up a bunch of veggies from the fruit/veggie stand at the beginning of the week, so this has been our lunch for the last few days. Yum!
