Gluten-Free Yellow Cake Ingredients: 1 1/2 C White Rice Flour3/4 C Tapioca Flour1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum4 eggs1 1/4 C white sugar2/3 C mayonnaise1 C milk2 tsp vanilla extract Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and rice flour 2 8 or 9 inch cake pans or a jelly roll pan.2. Mix the eggs, sugar, and mayonnaise until fluffy.3. Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns (Gluten-Free) Ingredients: 3/4 C Rice Flour1/4 C Potato Starch1/2 C Tapioca Starch2 tsp baking powder1 tsp xanthan gum1/2 tsp salt1 Tbsp sugar2 Eggs1/3 C Oil1/2 C milk Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl.2. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients. Spray cookie sheet with pam. I’m way behind the ball on this post. lol! Today, I tackled putting away my big shipment of gluten-free flours after our company left. I should be all set for lots of yummy baking for D.
