I’m tackling a doctor’s appt that I don’t really want to go to. I would have cancelled, but I’ve tried to get this appt for several years (yes, you read that right, years). Anyway, I’m praying that the timing will work out right. I have to drop Munchkin off at VBS at 9:00 and my appt is at 9:30. I have to be back to pick her up by noon. Today is a day for planning. We did a little bit of running around picking up the school supplies that were on sale. I love this time of year when you can get great deals on all sorts of school goodies. Munchkin is rather excited about the new supplies. Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

I have to admit that I’m particularly proud of this recipe because it’s the first gluten free recipe that I’ve created from scratch myself. It turned out well and you can’t tell that the cookies are gluten free. Yum! Lots of routine things to get done this week… 1) I need to get the laundry tackled. It’s amazing how missing one normal laundry day can create such a craziness in trying to get caught up again.
