I’m tackling a doctor’s appt that I don’t really want to go to. I would have cancelled, but I’ve tried to get this appt for several years (yes, you read that right, years). Anyway, I’m praying that the timing will work out right. I have to drop Munchkin off at VBS at 9:00 and my appt is at 9:30. I have to be back to pick her up by noon. So, if they’re really backed up, I may be walking out of the appt. Like I said, I’m praying that the timing works out right….
I also need to tackle the mess that is left over from all of the baking that I did over the weekend. Yes, I’m hanging my head in shame that I still have unwashed pots, pans, and bowls from Sunday just sitting there. It was more important to spend time with D then with Munchkin after D left. Alas, they still need to be done.
***Update: My doctor’s appt went well. I made it on time (barely). I had to wait for a very long time, so I was getting concerned about the time. But, I brought along the Power of a Praying Woman. Hmm… So, I started praying and giving it all to God. The doctor arrived shortly thereafter. There were a few tests that he wanted to do, but understood the time table. He said that I could reschedule at my convenience. He also said that it was fine to bring Munchkin with me next time. I made it back to pick up Munchkin with a little time to spare. Huge sigh of relief.
As for the kitchen mess… well, I made a big dent in it, so I only have a little more to do. It will be done tonight. My reward will be going to all the great give aways. lol!!!***

I am hanging my head with you…the hand washing is my second least favorite housekeeping duties…. the toilet/bathroom is first in line!
No worries…I hate washing pots, pans, and bowls and have been known to put them off, too!!
