Bible Study/Devotions: In the morning, I am reading the Daily Bread devotionals. In the evening, I am working on a journal/prayer journal. Munchkin will be continuing with her Keys for Kids devotions. She is also doing her Frontline Kids “workbook” for Wednesday night program. Must Do List: Clean up my bedroom. Chocolate Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites Ingredients: 1 package caramels 1/4 C butter, cubed 2 Tbsp water 5 C gf minature pretzels 1 jar (18 oz) peanut butter 26 oz milk chocolate candy coating Directions: In a microwave safe bowl, melt caramels with butter and water; stir until smooth Spread one side of the pretzel with 1 tsp peanut butter; top with 1/2 tsp caramel mixture Place on waxed paper-lined baking sheet; refrigerate until set In a microwave safe bowl, melt candy coating. Now that Munchkin is older and is helping more with cleaning, I have decided that it’s really time to start looking for less toxic methods of cleaning. Not to mention, the horrible fumes that come from many cleaning products make me feel awful. Munchkin also really wants to start doing things to help the environment, so we are starting to “go green” to some extent. Today, we’ll be going through the house and cleaning out the toxic cleaning products and replacing them with non-toxic cleaning products.
