Blueberry Freezer Jam Ingredients: 2 cups crushed blueberries (approximately 2 pints whole) 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 4 cups sugar 1 pouch (3 oz) certo liquid pectin Directions: Wash and rinse containers for jam. Wash and crush berries, one cup at a time. Place 2 cups berries in bowl and stir in 4 cups sugar. Mix well. Let stand for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally. Stir pectin into lemon juice in different bowl. Stir pectin mixture into berry mixture. Stir constantly until all sugar is dissolved. Pour into prepared containers. Leave 1/2 inch space at top for expansion during freezing. Let stand…

Yum! Blueberries

All Posters: Blueberries Just Picked On the way home from our trip, we stopped and picked up 10 pounds of freshly picked blueberries. I knew that Munchkin would have fun munching on them while we were on the road. Plus, I had some delicious ideas in mind… Today, I made up 2 blueberry pies to put in the freezer for D when he gets home in a few months. He’s missing out on all of the fresh berries this year, so I want to make sure he still gets to enjoy at least some of the goodies that go along…

Bible Study/Devotions: In the morning, I am reading the Daily Bread devotionals. In the evening, I am working on a journal/prayer journal. Munchkin will be continuing with her Keys for Kids devotions. She is also doing her Frontline Club “workbook” for Wednesday night program.
