He calls me Woman,Carved from the side of man.He smooths the harsh edgesWith hands of knowledge. He has breathed into meThe wind of Life,Life in His Spirit,And, oh, how I live! In His Son, I am born of Him,I share the inheritanceBought with the bloodOf the Seed of Abraham. I love Him for making me,The completion of all creation,The finishing touch, not the afterthought,But the final link in His eternal chain. What a privilege to thankMy own CreatorFor making me Woman ~~Marchele Carter Waddell

We just wrapped up our Introduction to Chemistry lapbook from Hands of a Child today. We’ll be continuing our study of the periodic table and elements in another lapbook this week. Munchkin and I designed the cover image using my Printmaster program. We’re going to be wrapping up some of the experiments included with this unit on Friday. Invisible ink is always a fun experiment!! One thing that we both learned during this unit was the Ph stands for the power of hydrogen. It’s funny how little things like that can stand out.
