Shark Lapbook

Posted in Homeschooling

We’ve had a lot of fun with our Shark Lapbook this week. We’ve read books and watched the Shark Week shows on Discovery Channel. She’s played shark games, colored shark pictures, and played creatively with her shark stuffed animal. We discovered a book that she says she must have as it has amazing pictures and is stuffed full of information: Sharks of the World. So, I just need to find a good price on it. lol!

The center has shark fact files and a matching game that I made from information from the fact files. The shark jaw that says bites and pieces is game that’s referenced in the shark lapbook. We decided to include it right in the lapbook. We just made a pocket for the cards. I folded the instructions for the game in half and glued it to the pocket. Then, I glued the bites and pieces image to the front.
