Cinnamon rolls (from a can) were a regular part of our weekend breakfast menu before we switched to a gluten free diet, and Munchkin has dearly missed those cinnamon rolls. Handmade Christmas: Delicious Gluten Free Treats

Christmas can be dangerous for me because I really enjoy baking, and I also enjoy eating those baked goods.  Yesterday, Munchkin needed some cookies to take with her to her Awana Christmas party.  Since I was busy working on several other projects, I cheated and used a Betty Crocker Gluten Free chocolate chip cookie mix that I had on hand.  I tossed in some M&Ms to make it more festive and sprinkled some colored sugar on top.  I turned these into quite large cookies by using ice cream scoop sized balls of dough.  While I usually cook from scratch, it’s…
