Gluten Free Peanut Butter Chocolate Cookies For Munchkin’s homeschool Valentine’s party, I happily agreed to make the cookies.  Because it was a Valentine’s Day theme, I wanted to make sure I transformed the regular flourless peanut butter thumbprint cookies into something a little more special. Munchkin really likes spaghetti and meatballs.  Add some cheesy garlic bread — well, then she’s just as happy as can be.  When I presented her with her with this platter, she just grinned and couldn’t wait to eat.
