Gluten Free Bean & Cheese Quesadillas Ingredients: 1 C Shredded Cheese (I use a pepper jack & cheddar blend) 8 Wraps (I use Sandwich Petals or gf corn tortillas) 1/2 C re-fried beans Olive Oil Garlic Powder Sides: sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, olives, onions, peppers… Directions: Spray or brush olive oil on bottom of wrap & sprinkle with garlic powder. Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry Ingredients: 4 C cooked brown rice 1-2 C frozen or cooked fresh veggies 2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1-2 Tbsp butter 2 Tbsp Norlander’s Original Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce 4 Tbsp water Gluten Free Soy Sauce Cut up chicken breasts into bite-size pieces.  Place in marinade of 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce and 4 Tbsp water.  Marinate overnight.
