Gluten Free BLT Ingredients: 2 tomatoes, sliced lettuce 1 package turkey bacon mayo 5 gluten free buns (I used Chebe mix to make buns) Directions: Make buns or warm purchased buns Cook up turkey bacon Assemble sandwich ~ layer of bacon, lettuce, tomato, spread mayo on bun Enjoy while still warm ***As always, make sure all ingredients are gluten free ***

I’d love to say that I got all of my Once A Month Cooking done as planned, but things changed ~ adjustments were made.  The main thing is that we have a freezer with lots of good eats, and we ate well during the process. This lasagna recipe is another favorite recipe that was taken from one of my grandfather’s recipes. Gluten Free Strawberry Pie Ingredients: 2 1/2 C water 2 C white sugar 5 Tbsp gluten free cornstarch 1 small pk strawberry gelatin 2 quarts strawberries, sliced 2 9 inch gluten free pie crusts, baked Directions: Thoroughly combine sugar and cornstarch in small bowl. In a saucepan, combine water and sugar mixture. Cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly until mixture boils and thickens. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin. While the gelatin mixture cools slightly, arrange sliced strawberries in the pie crusts with the tips pointing up. Pour gelatin mixture over strawberries, covering the berries. Place…
