Gluten Free BLT
Ingredients:
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- lettuce
- 1 package turkey bacon
- mayo
- 5 gluten free buns (I used Chebe mix to make buns)
Directions:
- Make buns or warm purchased buns
- Cook up turkey bacon
- Assemble sandwich ~ layer of bacon, lettuce, tomato, spread mayo on bun
- Enjoy while still warm
