Gluten Free Chicken Stir Fry
Ingredients:
- 4 C cooked brown rice
- 1-2 C frozen or cooked fresh veggies
- 2 small boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1-2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp Norlander’s Original Gluten Free Teriyaki Sauce
- 4 Tbsp water
- Gluten Free Soy Sauce
Cut up chicken breasts into bite-size pieces. Place in marinade of 1 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce and 4 Tbsp water. Marinate overnight.
Directions:
- Lightly saute mixed veggies, set aside
- Cook chicken pieces, set aside
- Add 1 Tbsp butter to hot pan, add cooked rice to reheat
- In pan, combine veggies, chicken, and rice
- Add soy sauce to taste
- Serve hot

Hi Heather,
I’m glad I popped in today. My sis in law has to eat gluten free now, and It’s difficult to find easy (and cheap) recipes that she can eat- This one is a good one and I’m going to copy it for when they come to dinner next time!
