Mixes from the Heartland specializes in natural, gluten-free, freeze dried meals.  They have a dedicated gluten-free facility, so there is no need to be concerned with cross contamination issues.  They are also very careful with their suppliers as they want to supply safe, healthy gluten-free meals to their consumers. Cheese Quiche with Hash Brown Crust Ingredients: 3 C shredded hash browns 1 Tbsp butter, melted 1 cup grated cheddar cheese 3 eggs ¾ cup cream ¾ cup cottage cheese 1 tablespoon potato flour 2 teaspoons spicy mustard ¼ teaspoon minced onion ½ teaspoon sea salt ¼ teaspoon black pepper 4 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese Directions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  Grease pie pan. Place shredded potatoes in pie pan to create crust.  Brush with butter. Cook for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Remove from oven and reduce heat to 350 degrees F. Bakery on Main takes pride in creating healthy, natural foods that are not only good for you, but also taste good. We had the opportunity to try out several different cereals and granola bars from the gluten free line of Bakery on Main. My Gluten Free Flour Blend

This is the gluten free flour blend that I currently use in my baking: 1 C Brown Rice Flour 1 C Sorghum Flour 1 C Amaranth Flour 3 3/4 C White Rice Flour 2 1/4 C Sweet Rice Flour 2 C Tapioca Starch 3/4 C Potato Starch 3/4 C Corn Starch 6 tsp Xanthan Gum I usually make up a large batch and store it in an airtight Tupperware container.
