Posted in Gluten Free, and Homemaking

Yep, I totally made that name up. lol! After hearing about chocolate cravings most of the day yesterday and then having D pining for something sweet last night, I looked around my pantry to see what I had on hand that could make a nice, quick and easy dessert. These gluten free treats don’t look like anything spetactular, but they taste great. You can vary the flavor based upon what chocolate you use. Slow Cooker Chicken Parmesan Recipe Ingredients: 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 jars of marinara sauce seasoning (I generally use garlic, pepper, salt, oregano, parsley, basil.) shredded Parmesan cheese Directions: Place chicken breasts in…

Flourless Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Posted in Gluten Free, Homemaking, and Photography

These large flourless peanut butter chocolate chip cookies are easy to make as the ingredient list is short. Kids will have fun helping make these naturally gluten free cookies. Plus, there is something fun about having giant cookies. This recipe makes roughly 18 large cookies. You can use m&ms if you want to add more playfulness and color to the cookies. For adults, add in some chopped nuts and chocolate chunks instead of just using chocolate chips. If you use natural peanut butter, you may find that you need to add a little extra oil like coconut oil. I like to…
