Week 5 – check! This has been an interesting and busy week. I missed one day due to traveling and another day due to just being exhausted. I had been painting and moving bins which lead to me being too physically spent to try to do the regular exercise. Travel day found me eating some things that I have avoided during the last few weeks, but, for the most part, I have tried to stick to my normal diet.
