Week 3 is in the books. It’s hard to believe that I’ve actually made it through the entire 21 Day Fix program. While I’m still not able to do the entire program without some modification, I am definitely in better shape and feeling stronger. I’ve decided that I’m going to do another session as my new goal is to be able to make it through the complete program without modification.
