Grilled Corn

Grilled CornProject 365 -#145

Today, I fired up the grill to grill some fresh corn and cajun boneless, skinless chicken breasts. I also made some cajun seasoned butter to put on the corn. It was delicious. In fact, Munchkin and D enjoyed the corn so much that we’ll probably have more tomorrow. I just need to get some more butter as we’re completely out of butter. lol!

D had a follow-up appointment today.  While the surgery went well, it’s not taking care of all of the pain.  Next week, he’ll have to head in for back injections.  There may be another back surgery in his future, but we’ll cross that bridge if we get to it.  For now, we’ll continue to focus on his recovery.

Tomorrow, he heads back to work – ready or not.  On a positive note, he’s very happy that he’s been cleared to drive and to Munchkin’s delight, he’s also been cleared to swim.  She’s trying to convince him to head to the pool as she loves swimming.
