A Beautiful Day

Project 365 – #126

Today, D was able to play with Munchkin on the Wii for a period of time while I ran out to get a few groceries.  Munchkin treasured this time, and I was glad that D was finally able to sit up long enough to do this with her.  Now, they weren’t playing an active game in any way, shape, or form.  Nope.  They were playing Lego Star Wars.  Our family rather enjoys Star Wars and Legos, so this is a good pairing for us. **grin**

Later on, Munchkin was able to go to the pool with her friend and her family.  Boy was she excited about this.  Once again, I am extremely grateful for our thoughtful neighbors.  She had a great time and came home with red eyes and smelling like chlorine.  lol!  She played for some time after arriving home and changing.

Soon, it was time to eat dinner and relax.  Munchkin and D are now watching some tv while I get a few things done on the computer.  (I’m in the same room, but not really focusing on what they’re watching.)

It was a beautiful day even if it was over 100 degrees outside…
