Tillamook Cheese Review and Giveaway

Posted in Reviews

Tillamook Cheese We eat large quantities of cheese around our house.  It’s just how it is.  We eat cheese as a snack.  We use it as a insignificant ingredient in recipes, but more often than not, it’s front and center.  We eat cheese pretty much every day.  Because of this, I feel it’s important to make sure that we’re eating good cheese. Not all cheese is created equal.  In fact, some cheese is downright horrible.  In order to take care of our bodies, we need to make sure they we are eating quality products with quality ingredients. The Great Bathroom Throwdown

Posted in Homemaking

Munchkin is going to be starting up with the Keepers of the Faith – Keepers at Home program.  I have an old book, so we decided to get started with the program while we wait for the new materials to arrive.  After looking over the lessons, we decided that one of the lessons that could be started right away was cleaning.  To make things a bit more fun, Munchkin and I are having the Great Bathroom Throwdown today. The park was also a great location to be able to head over to Zion National Park and one other interesting stop.  We had gotten…

Relaxed Nature Studies

Posted in Homeschooling, and Photography

You don’t have to read my blog for long to know that we love spending time out in nature at our house.  From going off-roading in Daddy’s truck to riding dirt bikes to hiking, we try to get out and explore our area as often as possible. To aid us in our constant desire to learn more about our current location, we have purchased field guides for our specific area as well as the general southwestern region of the country.  These field guides allow us to try figure out what type of plant, bird, reptile, mammal, etc… we are looking…
