Lonestar HomecomingLonestar Homecoming
by Colleen Coble

With only the clothes on their backs, Gracie Lister and her daughter Hope flee for their lives. They have no money, no food, and no place to stay. A kind stranger and single dad, Michael Wayne, takes them in as he needs someone to watch over his kids. Will Gracie learn to be able to depend on God again even though danger lurks around every corner? Will Gracie and Michael learn to trust and love again or will their past catch up to them and ruin their newly forged family?

My thoughts:
Lonestar Homecoming is a book filled with twists and turns. It was very easy to get caught up in the story and connect with the characters. I like that the characters were believable. They both had their faults and issues to work through. God’s love is woven throughout this fast paced, suspense filled story.

Colleen Coble lives with her husband, Dave, in Indiana. She is the best-selling author of Lonestar Sanctuary, Lonestar Secrets, The Lightkeeper’s Daughter, The Rock Harbor series, the Aloha Reef Series, and two Women of Faith selections: Alaska Twilight and Midnight Sea.
