My Thoughts: In the fourth Camp Club Girl Book, we catch up with Alexis and Kate.  Kate has come to visit Alexis.  The girls decide they want to help a local landmark stay open.  Little do they know their volunteer work will lead them into a grand dinosaur mystery. Mysterious footprints, moving dinosaurs, and good friends… this book has the makings of a fun read for kids ages 9-12.  I enjoyed this interesting mystery and know Munchkin will enjoy reading it. I’ve been told that we’ve had more rain this year than is normal for this area. Since it’s our first year here, I really have no idea what to expect. Gluten Free Pan Fried Chicken Ingredients: 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1/4 C sweet rice flour 1/4 C brown rice flour 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 tsp pepper 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder Directions: Combine flours, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.  Place on plate or bowl. One by one coat the chicken breasts with flour mixture.  Set aside on plate. In pan, heat 1- 1 2/2 inches of oil until it sizzles when sprinkled with water.
