Two weeks ago, we were getting ready to head on vacation, and I got sick, really sick. I was in bed for several days. I only got up when I absolutely needed to do something. As you know, Munchkin and I have been really enjoying the Back to Basics Cooking Class offered by Shelley from One Roast Vegetable. Beautiful Weather

Our week started out with freezing weather and some snow. It ended with beautiful, warm, sunny days. We headed outside in our summer clothes and had fun working and playing in the warm sun. The yard needed a lot of work due to being neglected all winter long. When you have lots of pine trees, you have lots and lots and lots of pine needles and pine cones to clean up.
