Looking Back at 2016

It’s always fun to look back at what took place during the year. There were both ups and downs, but I like the remember all of the blessings we encountered along the way. It should be interesting to see what the new year of 2017 has in store for us. January – Shoulder Surgery D’s shoulder surgery was quite the ordeal, but we made it through it. The military hospital really dropped the ball on quite a few things, but the shoulder was repaired which was the main concern. The road to recovery would be a painful, slow process, but…

…I tend not to do quite as much blogging. So much going on, and I’m sure that I’ll write more about some of the major things soon. Pieces of the Puzzle

Little did we know what a difference that short trip to the stables would make in our lives. Wednesday saw Munchkin begin her volunteer work at the stable with the plan that she’d only work a couple of hours two times a week until she got settled in. That didn’t last very long as each day has seen a slightly longer day, and tomorrow (her third day this week) will be the longest day yet. lol!
