Tackle It Tuesday: Freezer Cooking

I’ve been putting off getting my freezer meals stocked back up since I haven’t been feeling all that great. So, my Tackle it Tuesday for this week will be my freezer cooking. I’ll be making: 1. Baked Mac ‘n Cheese (2)2. 10 lbs of Mashed Potatoes3. Pasta Bake (3)4. Mexican Bake (2)5. Calzones (12)6. Breakfast Burritos (24) We’ll see if we’re able to get it all done.
